mediocre experience with thin walls
small room no windows
the location was acceptable.
the room was very small and it had no windows. i could clearly hear loud conversations from people in adjacent rooms. there was no fridge or coffee maker in the room either

location good, but room A letdown
thin walls warm room
the single room was smaller than I expected. Air conditioning did not work properly, so the room remained too warm. i also noticed the walls were quite thin. it was very easy to hear noises from the hallway, a major problem.

a lovely visit
efficient staff clean room safe atmosphere
the staff were friendly and efficient. they allowed me to check in early, which i really appreciated. the room was clean and the security measures, including the entrance door protocols. i felt well looked after here. i loved how central i was. but the quietness of the street at night was amazing!
the room felt a little small.

the hotel is in a superb location within the gothic quarter. many restaurants, cafés, and shops are easily accessible. major sights, including the cathedral and la rambla, are within a walkable distance of a few minutes.

the reception operates 24 hours a day, offering constant assistance. a luggage storage service is available if you arrive before your check-in time or after your check-out time. i felt assured. the staff are always ready to operate the entrance door adding to the hotel's security.

i enjoyed the room. it provided a super clean and cozy environment for my stay. the decoration added an elegant touch, that i adore. the beds are very comfortable for a restful night.

central location clean room luggage storage
The location is central (it allowed easy access to many attractions). the room and bathroom were clean. i appreciated the luggage storage. It allowed me to explore the area before check-in and after check-out without carrying bags.
