the location offers great access to public transportation! many dining options are nearby. the shopping mall opposite the hotel provides even more choices for meals.
the room had thin walls! i could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

The location was indeed convenient. It is close to a shopping center, super handy. The staff was very helpful and professional. The rooms were spacious.
The walls were very thin. I could hear noise from other rooms. The A/C did not cool the room enough. There was no complimentary water in the room.

convenient transport multiple options helpful attitude shopping center
The location proved accessible, with convenient public transport links. Several dining options exist in the immediate vicinity. I found a shopping center directly across from the hotel that also included restaurants. I appreciated the helpful attitude of the staff .
The minibar had limited options, and I expected a wider selection of drinks and snacks to be available. This was a slight disappointment.

The hotel has a rooftop pool area that offers a place to relax. There is also a small gym with basic equipment available. This includes treadmills and some free weights. It is an adequate setup for a quick workout.

My room included a large television with many channels. The bathroom contained shampoo and soap dispensers. The air conditioning worked well, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the night. This helped me sleep well.

Excellent Location and Cleanliness
great location metro station comfortable bed friendly staff
The location is great. It is very close to bus stops and metro stations. It is also just behind a shopping center and within walking distance to Placa d'Espanya. The staff accommodated requests. The room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed.
The towel hooks were located inside the shower, so towels would get wet during use.

The room was spacious, and it included a balcony. There was air conditioning. The room was always well cleaned by staff.

A pool exists on the roof. I found it useful after a day of walking around. There is a service to leave bags on the first and last day which was very helpful.

I found the breakfast tasty. There was fruit, pan con tomate, and very good croissants. The breakfast included eggs, sausages, bacon, bread, cakes, cold meats, and fruit.

The staff were kind. The reception staff at night were very sympathetic. I appreciated the way they attended to us. I am grateful for their kindness and professional service.

The hotel is near a metro station with two lines. Plenty of shops and a mall are right outside. Grabbing a taxi was always easy. The hotel's location is excellent for exploring the area.
