i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room balcony it featured a comfortable bed and contemporary decor the room also included a small seating area and a balcony i used the complimentary wi-fi throughout my stay it worked reliably. the hotel provides convenient luggage storage i used it upon arrival before check-in this service was helpful and efficient.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect i occasionally heard some street noise

helpful staff city map relaxing sofa genuine interest
I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They provided an really good city map with local recommendations. i also enjoyed the room's sofa, THAT allowed relaxation in the evening. i found the daily suggestions and local insights invaluable for my solo travels. the staff's genuine interest in my day made a positive difference.
I noticed the parking description was misleading. It's a seven-minute walk and not ideal for families.

friendly staff convenient location
The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location is quite convenient to many tapas places and also close to the city center. I found tasty options at breakfast. It was a good experience!

helpful staff dining recommendations comfortable terrasse low privacy noisy street dark bathroom
The staff were genuinely nice. They gave daily recommendations in the elevator about places for dining or shopping. I also loved cappuccinos made by the staff at my request. I relaxed on the terrasse in the afternoons on lounge chairs.
The room was on the first floor and it faced the street. I experienced very low privacy. Noises from garbage trucks woke me up at 3 am. The bathroom resembled a disabled hospital bathroom , it was dark and without charm.

small pool expensive rates
the staff were friendly enough and I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee.
the description of the parking was not accurate since it was a 7 minute walk away in an area not suitable for families. the pool is very small, barely fitting three people and the hotel rates were expensive. there are too many vending machines and self service options.
