perfect stay in a perfect location!
friendly staff spacious room great location great quality bedding
the staff was super friendly and helpful, i loved it! our room was spacious and clean. the location also suited my needs perfectly! the bedding was great quality.
some tv channels didn't work, only a minor inconvenience.

my room was very clean, very quiet and spacious! it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the bed was comfortable and the room had effective soundproofing, a HUGE plus.

convenient location good breakfast broken tv channel missing lotion
The hotel location was convenient. It was a short walk to the metro. The room was always clean thanks to the daily housekeeping. I found the breakfast to be of good quality.
The TV had many channels that did not work (I like to watch the news in the evenings). One day my room was not cleaned. I did not like that there was no body lotion. I think it should be a standard amenity.

The staff at reception provided helpful information The room for three people had good space.
One day my room did not receive cleaning I registered a complaint I received an offer of a bottle of water This compensation seemed inadequate considering the inconvenience I also noted an absence of a hotel bar This limited options for evening relaxation within the premises.
