polite staff great location daily cleaning
the staff was very polite and helpful, i loved that. the location was near many facilities , about 20 minutes from icaria beach, ramblas, and sagrada familia. rooms received daily cleaning which i appreciated.
the temperature in the room was not cold , but it could have been a bit cooler.

comfy bed friendly staff
beds was very comfy, and i loves the coffee so much. staff was helpful always and very friendly, thats good. i found the design of the room very interesting, not same boring design here!
shower was a little bit strange, no privacy in the sink area. its bit weird for some people for sure and should get fixed fast.

the hotel interior is funky and fun, i loves the design elements. each room has different led lights that shine down, that is something. the design of rooms, the reception and the lounge are so nice.

close to transport links its great, only 10 minutes from the center really. lots of restaurants and bars nearby here also. picasso museum is just around the corner, you can visit it fast.

bright stay, central location!
free coffee welcome drink creative messages excellent location
I was pleased with the lounge. It provided complimentary coffee and tea. the welcome drink and snacks were a really nice touch. i found cute, creative messages on the toiletries, a good detail. the location was excellent!
The rainbowish lights didn't work properly. Half the bulbs were out and the remote malfunctioned. it was a small thing, but a bit disappointing..

the room had white, clean sheets and a comfortable bed. plenty of white towels were available. the design felt interesting with its transparent shower.

I noticed a nice breakfast one morning. It looked plentiful. the socializing room offered good tea and coffee at my disposal. mashmellows and sweets were also available for a quick snack.

the hotel is very well situated close to several attractions. i found it close to the picasso museum, dragons castle, and the arch of triumph. the hotel is on a street with shops and restaurants.

mixed feelings about my stay
small room high noise
the location was acceptable.
the room was quite small and felt a bit neglected. the shower's placement in the room seemed quirky at first, but it just didn't work well in practice. i also found the noise levels to be problematic, as i could hear everything from neighboring rooms and outside.

shower step plastic fringe curtains
the staff was friendly enough, i guess. they did give me coffee, so i can't complain much.
the shower had this weird step thing going on, and i was half expecting to break my neck every time i tried to grab a towel. also, there werent any hooks for the towels. the plastic fringe curtains around the door was so weird i felt i was entering in some sort of cheap party supply store.

helpful staff great patio
I found the staff quite receptive and informative. The hotel had a cool vibe, especially appreciated by couples. I had a great patio with a sitting cove accessible via French doors. A really nice touch. There were many amenities like coffee and tea. I really appreciated the water with gas.
The air conditioning in my room did not work well, a problem given I couldn't adjust it. This made it difficult to get relief from the heat. I hope this can be addressed.
