free toiletries soundproof room prompt service
I had a superior double or twin room street view. this room included complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. the room had soundproofing. It reduced street noise. staff promptly addressed minor issues with the room.
the breakfast area became crowded during peak hours. i occasionally had to wait for a table. more space would.

excellent location fresh option many choices dirty plug old mattress
the location was excellent near the square. i appreciated that it was easy to access many points of interest. the breakfast had many fresh options (i especially liked the fruit).
the plug sockets and switches were dirty. the mattress was also in need of replacement.

adequate, but some issues noted
poor maintenance cracked tiles
the room i occupied, specifically, suffered from poor maintenance. curtains were detaching from the rail and the balcony door was not functioning properly. mold was present in the bathroom grouting, alongside cracked tiles. these issues detract from the overall experience and should be addressed.
