friendly staff easy access beautiful room convenient location
the reception staff were great. the hotel's location allowed easy access to many attractions. the room was designed beautifully with warm decor. i found additional restaurants and bars located conveniently nearby.
the room was smaller than expected, limiting wardrobe space for longer clothes.

The room featured a comfortable bed and sufficient space for luggage. There was also a mini-fridge available. i found the room quiet, which helped with restful sleep, but the air conditioning was difficult to regulate properly.

amazing stay!
great location friendly staff castle view great facilities
The location is fantastic! it's so easy to explore from here and it's nice and quiet too. the staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaners were especially lovely and left the space beautiful! i got upgraded to a room with a castle view which was AMAZING. It had great facilities and really nice toiletries!
the sockets stopped working when i switched the lights off, and i had to switch them on individually. apparently, this is a 'design fault'.

The hotel offers a restaurant with a fado show. The food was delicious and the experience was great! breakfast has a wide continental selection too. There's so much choice! also, the front desk agents are helpful making check-in good.

The room was very spacious with a lot of sunlight and windows! i was overlooking one of the city's main attractions. the bed was very comfortable! the sound isolation was effective. You can rest perfectly!

the location was superb. i walked to almost every restaurant and shop easily. the room had nice amenities i found.
the room i had was a bit small, it could be a problem for some guests.
