Central Stay with Nice Touches
welcome drink complimentary port convenient location
I appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival that was a lovely introduction to my stay it was a nice touch. i also enjoyed the complimentary port and chocolate delivered to my room each evening i considered it a very special treat. the location was convenient. I could easily walk to the tram and various other attractions.
the street outside seemed a little neglected the appearance could use some improvement.

the hotel is near martim moniz for tram 28e and praca da figueira for tram 15e to belem. rossio is also close it facilitates day trips with coaches within a five-minute walk.

a rooftop bar provided good vibes with a nice view especially during dusk and when the lights came on. there is also a bar on the ground floor with good service available. taxis from the airport took €20 and a cash machine is nearby.

breakfast was good offering a satisfying start to the day before heading out. a confectionery store is also nearby it offers convenient access to treats like nata every day.

the room included two washbasins in the bathroom which proved very convenient for multiple guests. toiletries are complete it ensures a comfortable and well-equipped stay. there was even wine, chocolates and pastries included.

efficient staff comfortable bed
The reception staff was cute and efficient. I received city and metro information when needed. My room, a beautiful double or twin room, was spacious and beautifully appointed. The king bed was comfortable. generous-sized pillows were included.
The air condition DIDN'T work at our holiday at winter time.

Fantastic Boutique Find
welcome gift comfortable bed
I received a welcome gift of champagne, glasses, and chocolates upon arrival. There was also a bottle of ginja with cherries plus chocolate toppings and a mini bottle of port wine. The king bed was comfortable and included nice pillows. I appreciated that the staff was very accommodating and spoke good English.
The thermostat in the room was centrally controlled which was an issue for me. It was uncomfortably warm, around 25°C, and opening the window introduced a lot of street noise. I found this made it difficult to sleep well and control my comfort level.

The staff offered helpful recommendations and answered any questions I had. They brought hot water to my room quickly when I asked, much appreciated. I received excellent service throughout my stay.

My room had a balcony with a nice view. It included all the necessary amenities such as a separate tub and a large shower. The room's design was very well done.

Breakfast was not a buffet. Instead, you ordered from a menu. The breakfast service was kind and efficient. I found it to be a very good experience, though ordering took a bit more time.
