nespresso coffee nice patio reasonable price stuck door inconvenient shower passport demand
I liked the nespresso coffee and pods available in the room, a nice touch. I found a lovely patio on the hotel. The restaurant and bar had reasonable prices. This was convenient.
The bathroom door stuck sometimes. This was annoying. The shower door's location was inconvenient TOO. The reception staff DEMANDED passports for my children. This felt unnecessary.

welcome drink nespresso machine excellent recommendations fast checkout
this hotel is amazing. they gave me a welcome drink at check-in, what a treat! the room had a nespresso machine, i made good use of it. the staff gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants. my checkout was super fast. i cant wait to return!
the lift was very tiny. it did its job, but two people with luggage barely fit.

the hotel features vintage interior design with a big collection of books. there are multiple books available to read and flip through. the stylish lobby lounge reminds me of maison assouline, london.

a delicious lunch is available. the breakfast is great and offers very good value. the bistro provides comfortable armchairs and sofas. breakfast included an enormous choice of foods.

the staff is very friendly. the hotel staff was helpful . day and evening staff were all very attentive. they were always smiling and ready to help.

the hotel offers a great location, very close to transport. this location is excellent, especially for my first visit. i found the hotel to be in the best location. it is near everything by foot.

some minor issues with my stay
difficult shower door strange smell
the location was really convenient, close to everything i wanted to see.
the bathroom wasn't great. the shower door was really hard to open and close. also, there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom and it wasn't very pleasant.
