Acceptable Stay with Some Shortcomings
small room street noise
The room felt quite cramped, and I found the basic amenities somewhat lacking. I really missed having a proper wardrobe. There was only a small shelf for storing clothes. the lack of sound isolation meant I could hear quite a bit of noise from the street at night. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

the location was convenient, right on la rambla. everything was within walking distance. public transport links were also easily accessible. the room was super clean, and the bathroom was in good condition.

central location friendly staff new towels street noise faulty heating cold room
the location was central. the staff was very friendly! they cleaned the room daily and provided new towels, a lovely surprise.
the street was noisy! it was hard to sleep. the heating didn't work, and it was cold at night. i asked, but they said only cooling was functional.

fantastic location and friendly staff!
spacious room great condition super clean staff
the room was clean and spacious. the cleaning staff kept it super clean every morning. the furniture was in great condition, and the bathroom was equally well-kept. the shower had great water pressure and was really spacious too!
the walls are thin, so you can hear some noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms (it's nothing major, though).

there are many restaurants and cafes nearby (i especially liked the coffee shop across the street). you have plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner within a short walk.

the triple room was well-kept and quite clean. the beds were comfortable for a good night's rest. we found the room sufficient for a short stay. (we enjoyed the city, so we didn't spend much time in the room anyway).

the hotel offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, really convenient. there are also vending machines available near the reception area for coffee and water. it made things much easier for us.

the staff was friendly and always eager to help with directions or recommendations. they let us drop our luggage before check-in, a great help. i appreciate the prompt and kind assistance we received.

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
convenient location public transport super clean room street noise metro rumbling shouting people
The location was very convenient. Public transport links were easily accessible. My room was super clean, and the bathroom was quite good. The safe worked well.
The street noise was above average. There was also a rumbling from the metro constantly. People shouted outside at all hours. Even with noise-canceling headphones and earplugs, it was tough to sleep.
