acceptable stay
central location helpful staff room cleaning missing amenities
the location was central. it was easy to walk to many shops. staff provided helpful information about parking and the timing of my stay. dining options were plentiful in the hotel complex and nearby streets.
My room was not cleaned during my three night stay. i had to request fresh towels and condiments. even a pen and notepad were not in my room. This felt cheap.

dusty room deposit surcharge
The shower's temperature fluctuated from hot to cold. the room was dusty and had hairs on the carpet. It needed a proper cleaning. getting my deposit back cost a 1.8% surcharge.
