The staff was amazing. They stored my luggage on arrival and departure. i also appreciated the complimentary tea tray in the room, such a nice touch (i loved the tea set!). the location was perfect for exploring the area.
it was a minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of.

the hotel is located right in the heart of a vibrant area, close to theatres, restaurants, and tube stations. this makes it very convenient for getting around and experiencing local attractions, including soho's nightlife.

the location was acceptable, as it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
i found several issues . the room lacked basic amenities i expect at this price point. the minibar water was chargeable, and no iron was available.
