The staff were really friendly. They located a lost item for us after a call. the breakfast included a tasty full english option. it was home-cooked and prepared by two wonderful women. there was a vending machine with complimentary drinks in the lobby, plus, the vegetable soup was surprisingly great!

The stairs were quite a climb. Just be prepared for that, though!

the double room ensuite was clean, tidy and offered bathroom and shower facilities. i had room 16, located on the third floor. it presented a nice view. towels were changed daily during the tidying of the room.

Every staff member was pleasant and helpful, ready to assist with any needs. they promptly found our forgotten item after we called. the staff also provided a portable heater. it was not needed after the heating was restarted.

the area around the hotel was quiet, but just a short walk away were pubs, cafes, and restaurants! victoria station, including underground, bus, and coach stations, was about 10 minutes by foot. several theaters were also within walking distance.

i did adore how helpful all the staffs are. they helped me with my luggage to my room. the location was good, close to the victoria station. the breakfast included simple food, but it did taste good.

my room had damp spots on the ceiling, it was quite noticeable. the bed felt broken and was uneven. the shower door was not attached properly, this made showering hard.
