the hotel's proximity to the cathedral proved convenient. i appreciated how close it was to key sites. the staff was also helpful when organizing a taxi one morning.

friendly staff great location clean room
the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at reception. breakfast was good, and the presentation was nice. the location was great, near the pedestrian area and transportation. the rooms were clean and had ample space.
the bathroom sometimes had a slight sewer smell. to deal with this, i opened the balcony doors to air the room. also, the shower lacked a proper shelf for shampoo and soap.

the hotel is a short walk from a metro station (it is a 2-minute walk). bus stops are conveniently located across the street. tram 28 is also accessible via an elevator behind the building.

the staff was friendly and always ready to assist guests. they offered water and coffee at all times (a nice touch). their helpfulness added positively to my experience.

practical information hotel elevator renovated room
the staff helped me with practical information (a huge plus!). the hotel has an elevator. the rooms felt clean and renovated.
the bathroom was very small.

bathroom smell basic breakfast
the bathroom had this off-putting smell like a sewer something i couldn't quite shake. the room wasn't soundproof i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. breakfast was basic nothing special at all.

amazing riverside stay!
riverside location clean room helpful staff
The location next to the river was perfect with transportation options right there. the room was super clean. Breakfast had good options. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile (i appreciated that so much). i also loved the outside tables, a great spot to chill and have a drink or coffee from the lobby. it was awesome!

the breakfast area was well kept and clean. it included fresh pastries every day and there were also savoury options available, such as cheeses and deli meats. a coffee machine was available at the reception for a caffeine fix anytime.
