Adequate stay in the city center
lively plaza good airconditioning small room cramped bathroom
The location was excellent, close to a lively plaza. The staff was helpful and friendly . They provided quick assistance when needed. I appreciated the good air conditioning in the room, much needed during the heat.
The room was very small, with almost no space to move around. The bathroom felt cramped, and it was hard to use the toilet comfortably. Daylight barely reached the room, and the layout felt awkward.

comfortable bed clean room horrendous noise building work
the location are perfect. the staff was friendly and accommodated. beds was comfortable and the room are clean. i requested a iron before check in it was in the room after arrival.
the noise from the building work next door are horrendous.

The location was very central and convenient. The rooms were clean and well kept. I noticed fresh towels daily. Entry into the hotel was easy. The host answered questions efficiently, a GREAT benefit.

The self check-in and check-out process were very easy and convenient, THIS saved time. Staff responded promptly to messages. I was able to store my luggage before check-in, a considerable advantage.
