The staff was helpful. They answered all questions. rooms are spacious. I had enough space for my belongings. housekeeping kept everything tidy! the hotel offered easy access to public transportation.
The gym had limited equipment. It was a bit disappointing.

the reception staff offered quick assistance with luggage storage! they also provided maps and directions to nearby attractions. room service delivered promptly, fulfilling every request with a smile.

anjos metro station is only a 5-minute walk. several shops are within easy reach. it takes 30 minutes to walk to the city center. i found the area convenient for exploring.

Acceptable stay, some downsides
convenient location friendly staff parking facility poor soundproofing average breakfast omelette fee
The location was good. It was near the metro, restaurants, and shops. Parking was AVAILABLE, a definite plus. The staff WERE friendly, made check-in and check-out easy.
Rooms were NOT soundproofed AT ALL. I heard every car and siren ALL night. The breakfast was very average. You have to pay extra for omelettes.

The room included a coffee machine. It was great that the beds were very comfortable. Secured car parking was accessible via a lift. This was convenient.
The neighborhood felt slightly unsafe to walk at night.
