The reception service was helpful. The location is outside the tourist center, but in a good residential area. The metro station offered excellent transportation options. The room had a good size and was clean.
One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the shuttle to the airport option. It turned out that they weren't offering the shuttle at this time. We used an Uber instead.

There is a large TV in the lobby. Refreshments, like water and pastries, are available at the reception. Guests can use these amenities at any time.

The room included a mini fridge with complimentary water. This was replaced each time. The room had air conditioning that worked well. My room was cleaned each day with replaced towels.

A convenience store is located close by. The hotel is near the Campo Pequeno arena. The Campo Pequeno metro station is also nearby. Saldanha is close at the same time.

The breakfast buffet featured lots of choices. A great selection of fruits was available at breakfast. Nespresso coffee was also available. I really liked the breakfast.

i found the location really convenient, with the train station and some good places to eat close by. the hotel was very clean. our room had lots of outlets. i was glad to see english channels on the tv. a fridge and air conditioning in the room were useful, and the bathroom was spacious with a spray next to the toilet. they even provided glutenfree options for breakfast, which i thought was very considerate, we loved that the breakfast offered many choices.
the parking garage was tricky to navigate, feeling quite cramped, made parking a bit difficult

the staff at breakfast worked very well, quickly restocking items and helping guests, i found the service efficient. i received quick responses to my requests. the breakfast staff was kind.

our room was spacious and well kept, and the bathroom was particularly large. the air conditioning worked effectively. a refrigerator in the room was very useful for keeping drinks cold. there were enough electrical outlets available.
