the room was clean enough, i suppose. the location was acceptable.

the breakfast was supposedly included, but the food selection was quite sad. there were just some sad pastries and watery scrambled eggs. also, the internet barely worked. i couldn't stream anything, and it was frustrating.

The breakfast included options that set us up for the day with quality ingredients. The location proved excellent for accessing various areas. Parking garage use helped because street parking seemed VERY busy. The hotel staff were friendly, they stored our luggage. We could then relax in the lobby.

i found NO hair conditioner in the bathroom and the reception did not have any to offer guests.

The free breakfast had a good selection! enough to satisfy my hunger before lunch. The staff were very accommodating, especially andres, john, and the front office gentleman with curly hair. He even packed us a breakfast roll and fruit, since we left at 4 am. the location was very close to the metro and bus stations.
