Satisfying Stay in a Convenient Location
nice staff great breakfast convenient transportation
The staff was really nice and understanding. I received an upgrade to a room with much space. The breakfast offered many choices and good coffee. I had quick access to the city attractions with the nearby public transportation, it was an efficient trip.
I noted that the air conditioning was not very powerful, it made the room a bit warm.

My room included a large bath and big mirror. Very neat place, it. Storage was available for all belongings, it was easy to keep tidy.

The personnel was polite and helpful when I had questions. The staff assisted with my luggage, it allowed for easy check-in. They quickly arranged a taxi to the airport, it was on short notice.

It was a walkable distance to main squares and shops. The hotel is near Avenida Liberdade. The area has many hotels nearby, it ensures some safety.

The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection, there were delicious products. I saw a fully stocked fridge in my room. There was soundproofing that worked well, it blocked outside noise.

constant noise limited outlets
i found some aspects disappointing. the lack of soundproofing was a problem, especially with the nearby subway. the constant noise made it difficult to sleep. also, the limited number of electrical outlets in the room was inconvenient. there was only one outlet by the bed and another by the desk.

Acceptable But Flawed Stay
broken air conditioning boiling room
The location was close to the metro.
The air conditioning did not work. Nobody informed us about this issue, so we suffered all night in the summer heat. I paid a lot of money for a boiling room.

big terrace cheese selection parking assistance
The room had a big terrace. It was unexpected. breakfast included four kinds of cheese. I found that good. stefanny assisted with parking during check-in. It simplified everything. ,. but the location was superb!
the hotel had a winter and summer setting, so the air conditioning could only heat or cool for the whole building. it was too warm in the room.

My room was equipped with a balcony I appreciated. The room included a television plus a fully stocked fridge. The bathroom featured an elegant design plus soft towels were available. The breakfast provided a large selection of products I found delicious.
There was limited drop-off area in front, making getting a cab a bit difficult.
