merely adequate stay
slippery floors small tv
The suite resembled the pictures online. I can confirm that.
the check-in process involved zero human interaction. the polished concrete floors became a HAZARD when wet, turning the bathroom into an ice rink. the tv was ridiculously small AND far from the bed.

excellent location, minor slip-ups
short walk nice view spacious room
the location was a short walk from the cruise port, i think about nine minutes. the proximity to restaurants and cafes, just a minute away, made dining out easy. the rooms were spacious, which i found nice, and provided a view.
the check-in process lacked any personal interaction, which i didn't like. also, the concrete floors did become quite slippery when they got wet. i think there should be a place in the shower to put toiletries.

the staff was generally helpful and cute . i like that they assisted with luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, a big help. this service really eased our travel logistics.

the hotel boasts an Amazing location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. it offers walking distance to main tourist spots and easy access to public transportation options. these options include metro, buses, and ferries within short walking distance.

impersonal check-in slippery floors
i wasn't thrilled about the lack of human interaction at check-in. it felt a bit impersonal. the concrete floors were also surprisingly slippery, especially after a shower. there wasn't a good spot to put my toiletries in the shower, inconvenient. so i used the floor.
