the room was very cozy and clean. the bed was comfy. the air conditioning was very effective and the shower was hot and powerful. i found the front desk to be open 24 hours, very convenient.
the cobblestone streets around the hotel were narrow.

the front desk staff was excellent. i found them to have great service and friendly personalities. communication was clear and prompt, made check-in and any inquiries very easy, it was top notch.

the morning breakfast was also very tasty. i was really surprised by the variety of options. the dining area was kept very clean and well-organized, made breakfast a really good start to the day.

the hotel is near the alfama district. this location provides easy access to historical sites. it is also located next to praca martim moniz, where you can catch tram 28 for a beautiful city tour.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast selection was quite varied and tasty. I also found the staff to be very helpful and quick to assist with any questions i had. They printed my tickets with NO problem.
The room was slightly smaller than i expected, but it was STILL functional.

Breakfast included a good variety of options, from fresh fruit to pastries. The breakfast hall was well maintained. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. It was a positive way to begin each day.

My room had modern decoration and a nice bathroom. The bathroom included all necessary amenities. The room was very clean upon arrival, and the housekeeping service maintained it well throughout my stay. I enjoyed the view.

The hotel had easy access to several tourist attractions. The underground station was also nearby. This allowed for convenient travel throughout the city. The area felt safe and secure at all times.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated their assistance with directions.
the room was not entirely clean i found dust on my clothes after putting them in the furniture shelves. also the floor was a little dirty. the hotel charges extra for regular room service, and that is unacceptable given the tiny size of the room.
