the superior double room terrace featured a great view from its terrace. the breakfast included many options. the staff spoke several languages very well.
the air conditioning was a little NOISY.

the room faced the city offering great views from the balcony. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to local restaurants and the ease of accessing the number 28 tram. i found the staff consistently helpful and the breakfast provided a decent start to each day.
access to the hotel was somewhat difficult due to its location at the top of a hill. taxis and ride-sharing services could not always reach the front door.

adequate stay with some issues
slow refills slow elevator
the staff seemed overwhelmed one morning. breakfast items ran out quickly and refills were slow. dirty dishes piled up and weren't cleared promptly. this, the elevator was occasionally slow and seemed to struggle at times.

the location is special, right by the castle. i enjoyed the views from the room (it was very nice!). staff was very helpful and friendly. i definitely plan to return.
the hotel is uphill, so getting around required a little extra planning.

the standard double room was acceptable it had sufficient space
the breakfast was disappointing it lacked variety and tasted bland also the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful they seemed uninterested in assisting with requests like directions or recommendations
