the room faced the city offering great views from the balcony. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to local restaurants and the ease of accessing the number 28 tram. i found the staff consistently helpful and the breakfast provided a decent start to each day.
access to the hotel was somewhat difficult due to its location at the top of a hill. taxis and ride-sharing services could not always reach the front door.

the staff seemed overwhelmed one morning. breakfast items ran out quickly and refills were slow. dirty dishes piled up and weren't cleared promptly. this, the elevator was occasionally slow and seemed to struggle at times.
