small room slow wi-fi
I was quite disappointed by the small size of the room. it felt cramped. the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well either. The room was stuffy! the staff were friendly! but the wi-fi was slow. it made working difficult.

The room was quiet. It featured a good shower. Design extended into the corridors ALSo. Breakfast was fine.

central location beautiful decor bland reception missing hook
The location was central. It was very close to a tube station. The doormen were friendly (always smiling!). The decor was beautiful.
The reception area looked bland. I thought it needed a bit of sprucing up. My bedroom lacked hooks for coats and there was no luggage rack. This made organizing my belongings difficult.

the location was pretty good for getting around.
the room was smaller than expected. the air conditioning didn't work the last night, a little bit annoying. the window was also too small, so the room got stuffy with no air conditioning. i think they need bigger rooms and better ac
