I was quite disappointed by the small size of the room. it felt cramped. the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well either. The room was stuffy! the staff were friendly! but the wi-fi was slow. it made working difficult.

central location beautiful decor bland reception missing hook

The location was central. It was very close to a tube station. The doormen were friendly (always smiling!). The decor was beautiful.

The reception area looked bland. I thought it needed a bit of sprucing up. My bedroom lacked hooks for coats and there was no luggage rack. This made organizing my belongings difficult.
