convenient location clean room
The location proved very convenient. The underground was only a short walk. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. The staff provided helpful advice regarding local transport. They assisted me with directions to nearby attractions.
I noticed the absence of a lift. Carrying luggage to upper floors became a small challenge.

Adequate Stay with Disappointing Aspects
small shower lumpy pillows
The location was quite good, situated close to Victoria station.
The room lacked an elevator, and my room was on a high floor. This made carrying luggage very difficult. The shower was also quite small. It was hard to move around. The pillows felt quite lumpy.

helpful staff convenient location maintained room
i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the location is close to victoria station, a definite plus. the room was clean and well kept.
The walls seemed rather thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

adequate stay with issues
absent elevator small room
the location was acceptable for my purposes.
the absence of an elevator was a significant problem. i had a triple room on the third floor, it was a difficult climb with luggage. the room proved smaller than expected, providing minimal space to comfortably open my suitcase.

clean room great location friendly staff
the room was very clean it was cleaned daily the location was good for getting around i walked to buckingham palace in about ten minutes the staff were friendly and helped me with directions
the wifi was a bit spotty sometimes it was hard to connect

convenient sockets full length mirror complimentary biscuits missing elevator average beds smaller room
The room was well appointed with necessary amenities. There were conveniently placed sockets and hooks. A full length mirror and a kettle were available in the room. I also found biscuits provided.
My room was on the third floor and accessible only by stairs. There was no lift in the building. The beds were of average comfort. The room seemed smaller than it was in online pictures.
