the staff were very friendly and helpful. a fresh breakfast was lovely. (i especially liked the english breakfast!) the room was very comfy and tidy with free toiletries.
the tv signal was hit and miss, a bit annoying.

The breakfast was quite good and set me up well each morning.
My room was located on an upper floor so I had to carry my luggage up several flights of narrow stairs. There was no air conditioning, so the room felt stuffy. A fan helped a little, yet the overall experience was still disappointing for the price.
