lovely stay!
hospitality masters two-floors suite tasty cocktails
The staff at the front desk were hospitable. I especially appreciated their smiles each time i returned. i decided to upgrade to a two-floors suite for my stay and i was very happy with that decision. while i found the rooftop bar staff less cute, the cocktails made it worthwhile.
I noticed the room lacked city views, a little disappointing. the room itself was still lovely, so it did not detract too much from my overall experience.

The junior suite featured a comfortable double bed and an excellent mattress. the large bathroom included a shower, jacuzzi, and sona. I also found two large sinks, soft towels, and useful amenities.

the breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of omelets and offered five types of milk. i found a nice variety and good quality food. the rooftop restaurant was great and provided a nice view as well.

I was charmed. my room was stocked daily with free beverages. the rooftop pool was great. the doormen were very helpful securing taxis at a moment's notice. They always greeted me with a smile.
i found the traffic noise disruptive in my room facing the street. i had to request a different room to get a good night's sleep. i think soundproofing could greatly improve the guest experience.

This location is ideal. the hotel is near bars, restaurants and shops. it is very close to many sightseeing places. You can walk to sites. a transit hub is two blocks away.

The rooftop bar is lovely. the gym has modern equipment. the rooftop pool area provides a relaxing retreat. It makes the hotel a pleasure. the hotel offered a welcome drink and sweets on arrival.

complimentary minibar turndown service room safe
my room was well-appointed. it had a complimentary minibar with drinks and water. i appreciated the turndown service that included chocolates. the room safe was large enough for a laptop.
i noticed the gym had limited equipment choices.

Room issues persisted
poor room design dark room
The location of the hotel was convenient for accessing various parts of the city.
I was quite disappointed that the room lacked a desk for computer use, especially since there seemed to be plenty of space. The open bathroom design to the bedroom felt awkward. the room felt dark, even during the day.

strong perfume uncomfortable bedding
I noticed a couple of issues . The overpowering fragrance used throughout the hotel was quite strong, it almost seemed to mask another underlying odor. the room and bedding felt rather small and uncomfortable, not aligning with the typical 5-star experience I expect from a luxury hotel. The location is excellent, but I felt the hotel resembled more of a 3 or maybe 4-star hotel. I was a little bit disappointed
