excellent location friendly staff great coffee bar unpleasant smell no ventilation missing iron
I found the location to be excellent for exploring. The staff was lovely and friendly. I also thought the coffee bar at the entrance was a great addition.
The smell in the room was not pleasant. I noticed there was no ventilation and it smelled like mildew. I also learned they do not provide an iron in every room. I had to request one daily and return it after use.

amazing gothic quarter stay!
nice touch helpful staff gym shower
The room was super clean! i really enjoyed the complimentary drink i got when i arrived, a super nice touch. the staff were pretty good. They let me use all the hotel facilities after my late check out. i even showered in the gym before catching my flight, so convenient!

The hotel's location was convenient I could easily walk to many attractions. My room was clean I found it comfortable. The rooftop pool provided a relaxing space after exploring the city.
The room had thin walls I could hear noises easily. The bathroom showed signs of wear the shower needed some maintenance. The breakfast options were limited the staff seemed overwhelmed.

dirty bucket paper walls
the location worked okay, a central spot helped.
The pool looked nothing like the pictures. It felt more like a dirty bucket than a place to swim. also, the walls seemed made of paper. every little sound from the hallway became my personal concert. no restful sleep happened.

friendly staff excellent location nice rooftop
i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the location was perfect for exploring the gothic quarter, with many restaurants nearby. i really liked the rooftop area, it offered a nice space to relax after a long day.
the air conditioning in my room wasn't very effective, it made sleeping a bit difficult at times.

The breakfast had good coffee. i saw freshly baked bread and a variety of options for different tastes. It was AMAZING!!! the little cafe in the lobby sells sandwiches. these were also great.

an okay experience
convenient location room safe friendly staff elevator noise exterior switch light disturbance
The location proved convenient for my plans. the room offered a safe, which i found reassuring for my belongings. the staff were friendly. I appreciated their helpful attitude (especially when i needed directions).
my room was close to the elevator. this resulted in noise due to morning and evening traffic. the bathroom light switch was outside, so using it at night lit up the entire room and disturbed sleep.
