A good stay with some issues
great location close shops close restaurants dirty floor uncleaned room
The location was great. It was near shops and restaurants. Bus stops and metro stations were very close too. A Carrefour grocery shop was only a one-minute walk away. (Perfect for picking up snacks!).
The floor in my room was not cleaned well. the room and the towels were not cleaned or changed by staff. For example, the toilet door did not have a lock.

the staff was helpful and cooperative, a big plus. Hot beverages were available in the common area all day. the air conditioning in my room worked very well. the bathrooms had good size and quality amenities.
i noticed there was no daily cleaning included .

the hotel is near plaça catalunya, roughly a three-minute walk. you can find connections for all modes of transport there. the airport bus runs frequently, about every ten minutes.

great location prime location modern design common area dirty floor waste removal uncleaned towels
The location is GREAT It is right on the rambla street. The hotel design is modern. The common areas are also modern.
The room floor seemed not cleaned well. During my stay of four nights, the room wastes were not removed. Also the towels had not been changed by staff.

central location friendly staff amazing terrace rude employee desk service taxi request
the location was fantastic and very central. the staff was friendly and helpful , too. the rooftop terrace was amazing , and i used it often.
the front desk employee was rude , and didn't want to help us call a taxi. he then hangs up the phone on my face. when i went downstairs he shouts at me.

Charming Stay on the Ramblas
coffee machine lobby water working air conditioning helpful staff
The hotel provides complimentary coffee and water machines within the lobby. The room included well functioning air conditioning I found very handy. The location is ideal, and I barely heard any street noise despite being on the bustling Ramblas. Staff was very helpful and resolved all my requests promptly.
Housekeeping services require an additional fee I thought odd.
