wonderful stay in convenient location
staff friendliness coffee refill welcome drinks
i appreciate the staff friendliness and their willingness to accommodate requests. the room had an electric kettle, with tea and coffee replenished daily. i found soundproofing effective despite the busy street below. welcome drinks on the first floor also provided refreshment.
i find the air conditioning challenging, as i could only enable or disable it. temperature and fan control seemed non functional, impacting my comfort.

central location many attractions room size noisy bed shower design hdmi input
the location was quite central, near many attractions. i found it easy to walk to various restaurants. the staff seemed friendly and helpful to me. the room size was adequate and provided what i needed for my stay.
The bed was very noisy. This could be an issue for couples. the shower had a design flaw. It was impossible to avoid flooding the bathroom floor. the tv lacked an hdmi input. I could not use my own streaming app accounts.

clean room friendly staff metro station dark lobby few toiletries
the room was very clean. friendly staff assisted me well. the hotel is near a metro station, which i found helpful. i also appreciated the rooftop pool. it gave beautiful views.
the lobby felt dark. there were very few toiletries provided in the room. i did not find any drawers in either the room or bathroom. the noise bothered me.

bad coffee slow refills
the location were fine and i reach most places easily.
the breakfast was not great, i thinks. it needs improvement in variety and quality. the coffee tasted bad and the refills was slow. also, a requested bathroom item took too long to arrive.

friendly staff comfortable bed safe location
the staff were friendly, they helped me with directions. the room was big with a comfortable king bed. i felt safe walking around even late at night.
the room lacked soundproofing as advertised. i was woken up a few times during the initial days. the constant noise from the lift nearby was annoying.
