Awesome Chinatown Stay!
spacious suite attentive team
My premier suite was very spacious. I found an iron with ironing board in the room. The breakfast had a great selection and such attentive service people work there.

excellent stay in the heart of chinatown
comfortable bed bathroom hooks efficient check-in
The check-in was efficient, and i received a room immediately. the room featured sockets near the vanity mirror. i appreciated the hooks in the bathroom for towels. the bed and pillows were the most comfortable i have ever experienced. I slept soundly.
the parking spaces were narrow, requiring extra caution. driving a smaller car is advisable for navigating the tight turns. entering and exiting used the same narrow path.

breakfast included excellent choices for everyone. i stayed four nights and saw different items every day. the local ice cream available at breakfast was yum!!!

the location suited me very well. it was next to the main chinatown area, full of restaurants. grab transportation was very reasonable to get around further. it was amazing!!!

i was given a high floor roomwith an epic view of merdeka 118. the room also featured many usb charging ports. the room was serviced in good time.

the pool was clean. plenty of towels were available. the bar had the best views of the city and petronas towers. self-service laundry was available on-site.

chinatown location great facilities friendly service narrow parking small swimming pool weird lobby
the location was good close to chinatown. hotel facilities was great and i loved the super friendly service. my room was cleaned professionally daily. it had great attention to detail.
parking was narrow. guest has to pay rm5. suite room is good and comfortable however swimming pool is kinda small. hotel lobby is not at ground floor but at level 7, it's a bit weird

mixed feelings about my stay
damaged rubber seventh-floor lobby
Check-in felt strangely impersonal. i had to lug my own bags up to the seventh-floor lobby. it was like a cost-cutting measure, which left a bad taste. plus, the room wasn't quite up to par. I noticed the bathroom sliding door had a damaged rubber seal. it kept sticking and rubbing against the panels, pretty annoying.
