soft linen spacious room great view

i stayed in the sanctuary room. soft linen covered amazing pillows and the bed. the room provided spaciousness and a great city view. i appreciated the design and color palette used in both the room and the hotel.

the soundproofing could be improved, as street noise was noticeable.

I was impressed with the service. The staff were pretty good too. I even received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The room was immaculate with a good fragrance and an comfortable bed. The handwritten welcome note was a lovely touch. The food at the restaurant was AMAZING!!!

The freezer wasn't working without the key card inserted.
