The staff was responsive and helpful. I appreciated their dedication. i requested a refrigerator, and it was promptly provided. i found the location amazing. It allowed for easy access to various attractions.
the alley leading to the entrance felt a little unsafe at night.

central location helpful host fresh towels
The location was amazing. It was right in the heart of everything. the hosts met me from the taxi and showed me inside, giving helpful tips. the room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided daily.
the alleyway entrance was a bit dark for a late arrival.

the hotel benefits from a central location, walkable to many main attractions. two tube stations are within easy reach, awesome for convenient transport. a supermarket sits around the corner, providing ease of access to groceries.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They assisted with luggage during both check-in and check-out. they met me at check-in and stayed in touch throughout my stay. they even provided a refrigerator upon my request.

The room was very clean and tidy. the location is also very nice. It is close to many things.
There was no lift. It was like a private apartment. the entrance was through a narrow alley, and it was not clearly marked.
