Really good Stay
spacious apartment quiet location convenient access thoughtful touch
The apartment was clean and spacious (a real plus). I appreciated the modern design and the quiet location near the tube station. Access to shops and restaurants was very convenient. Coffee capsules were available for my first morning, a thoughtful touch that i valued.
Pillows could be improved. They felt subpar. There weren't any complimentary coffee pods besides the first day and milk sachets for tea bags.

excellent stay, few small hiccups
great location clean apartment modern kitchen comfortable temperature
the location near chancery lane station proved very useful because it connected to many places. a short walk took me to the british museum, i loved it. the apartment was clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms. the air conditioning worked well in each room, it maintained a comfortable temperature.
the check-in process presented a problem. i needed to email them, but i did not receive it. i had to make a call to get access to the apartment, there was a delay.
