convenient location close to transportation
ideal location clean room friendly staff
the location proved ideal, very close to victoria coach station. the room was clean and had necessary facilities. mihaela at the front desk was friendly and helpful. i could leave my bags before check-in time.
the television in my room was not working . i reported this to the staff multiple times. the issue remained unresolved. this was an inconvenience.

helpful staff clean room quiet building
the staff were helpful and responsive. my room was larger than expected and very clean. the building is very quiet from the other guests. i appreciated being able to leave my luggage at checkout to retrieve later in the day.
the shower overflowed immediately after starting.

warm welcome fabulous location comfortable bed secure luggage
Mihaela welcomed me warmly. I appreciated the room's fabulous location near major points of interest and convenient transportation. The comfortable bed allowed a good rest and the space was very clean. I found this quite helpful. The luggage storage was secure.
The room was quite small , made storing luggage a bit difficult.

I noticed a super bar, Purgatory, just a minute away. Many other restaurants were within walking distance, offering many types of cuisine. It was easy to find options for meals and drinks.

The room included a kettle with tea and coffee, this allowed for quick refreshments. The bathroom was efficient, even with the sink being small. The room temperature was well-kept. I felt really comfortable.

The location is near Victoria Station, providing easy access to transportation. Buckingham Palace is only a short walk away, it took just about 10 minutes. I found the neighborhood to be quiet and safe!

the room was very clean and well appointed. the lady who let me in was friendly. the location includes great bars and restaurants.
