convenient stay
handy location clean room comfortable bed easy process
the hotel's location was super handy (right by the tube station!). the room was clean when i arrived. it had everything i needed for a short stay. i found the bed comfortable for sleeping. the check-in and check-out process was very easy.
i noticed a slight smell of curry in the hallways sometimes.

there are several restaurants and a supermarket just across the street from the hotel. i saw a nice coffee shop too. guests have a good selection of options for meals or snacks near the premises, really convenient.

A Stay with Some Serious Issues
unreliable wi-fi stained fixtures
I was not impressed. The check-in process was TERRIBLE. I waited nearly an hour for someone to appear. The room was not clean. There was a noticeable odor of dampness, and the bathroom fixtures were old and stained. I found hairs in the shower, very unhygienic. The TV remote was missing, and the promised Wi-Fi was unreliable!

tube station coffee shop good bed
The location was directly next to the tube station. That was convenient. A coffee shop and supermarket were opposite the hotel. The bed was good. I slept well each night.
The room had no kettle, and morning coffee would have been nice.

central gem
perfect location tidy room great value good money
the LOCATION was perfect. it sat right next to the tube station, which i adore. the room itself was nothing messy, a very big plus. value for money felt good here, for certain.
decor is ageing, it did show signs of wear and tear.

i spotted a lovely coffee spot across from the hotel entrance, i did see a nice supermarket very close. the immediate area has many choices, it will satisfy various tastes easily.

check-in process was easy, same as check-out, i did found it efficient. staff were friendly and helpful, they seemed caring. they were cute and available when needed, it felt heartfelt.

Adequate Location, Concerning Room Conditions
dusty furniture no cleaning
The hotel location was conveniently close to public transportation.
I encountered several issues . The room was not clean. I found some dust on the furniture and the floor seemed not swept. A single towel per person was provided, and there was no cleaning service during my 4-night stay.

excellent location tidy room helpful staff
I found the location excellent. It was literally next door to the tube station. The room was clean and tidy. I found the staff friendly and accommodating. They were helpful.

I observed that breakfast included both hot and cold options. The hot dishes included scrambled eggs and sausages. There were croissants, fruit, and yogurt too, giving a balanced selection.
