the room was spacious it included a basic kitchen with a kettle fridge and microwave. the location proved convenient close to the city's main attractions. a fruit basket in the room was a kind addition we appreciated.
the carpet looked dated and was not entirely clean this minor aspect slightly detracted from the overall experience.

The location is excellent. It is near many theaters. restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance! the british museum is just one block away. the room included a comfortable bed.
the heater in the main room did not work and it was replaced with a tiny oil heater.

The hotel is in a PRIME location, near the British Museum. The front desk is staffed 24/7 for assistance! The room I had was spacious. It also was bright with lots of natural light, which I really enjoyed.
The heater in my room was a tiny oil heater. It didn't quite warm the entire space, a SLIGHT inconvenience.

Continental breakfast included croissants and cheese. It also had boiled eggs. For a small fee, you could order a full English breakfast. I thought that was a nice option.

the location provided easy access to many attractions. the studio room had a settee and a small kitchenette, very useful. they gave us cake for our wedding anniversary, a kind gesture.
the hotel didn't have air conditioning and two fans were needed in the room since it got too hot.

convenient location spacious room useful kitchenette efficient fan
i liked its proximity to the british museum and covent garden was within a reasonable walking distance. the room was spacious enough and i found the presence of a small kitchen area very useful. i was grateful for the extra pillows and the efficiency of the fan provided in the room.

decent studio with some issues
great location studio room tiny kitchenette basement room traffic noise check-in process
the location was pretty good (easy access to the tube!). the studio room had a settee and a tiny kitchenette. i found two fans in the wardrobe because the room was quite hot.
the check-in process involved filling out a page of information on a tablet upon arrival. they took a £20 deposit on my card. the room i had was in the basement, windows did little to block traffic noise.
