excellent stay!
easy check-in helpful staff excellent location
check-in was straightforward and easy. the staff helped me with all my needs. the location was excellent for accessing theaters and shops. the room was quiet despite the hotel's location in chinatown.
i requested an email follow-up that never happened. i am unsure if an overcharge for meal deals has been resolved.

helpful staff secure entrance reasonable price
The reception staff were very helpful. reception is manned 24/7! entrance to the hotel at night was via the room keycard. I felt extra secure. the price was reasonable for a hotel.

the location felt awesome. it's right in the center of everything i wanted, including shops and restaurants. the staff seemed excellent, so nice and friendly, they let me check in early, it was great. the place was super clean, very clean and secure hotel.
the receptionist wasn't the most friendly.

perfect spot, charming stay!
central location helpful staff clean room effective soundproofing
the location is central, close to everything i wanted to see. staff members were cute and helpful at all times. the double room was clean and well-kept. i especially appreciated the effective soundproofing.
I found the absence of shower doors a bit unusual. It slightly impacted privacy during showers.

The reception team was very attentive. They promptly assisted with luggage storage and provided helpful directions. one staff member, jackie, offered really good customer service and demonstrated a very positive and helpful attitude during check-in.

The bar area offers a variety of snacks and drinks. breakfast featured a selection of fresh pastries and hot items. It provided a good start to each day. the food was amazing!!!

friendly staff superb location breakfast variety
I found the staff friendly. The location was superb for accessing various attractions. The provided breakfast had great variety and fresh options. I also appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout the premises.
The room size was smaller than I anticipated. I had difficulty navigating the limited space with my luggage. Additional storage options would significantly improve the functionality.
