The location is superb. It is close to the British Museum and has easy access to the bus and Elizabeth Line. The staff at reception are helpful. I received support with my luggage and ordering an Uber taxi. I am very grateful for this assistance.
The reading lamp had a switch problem. It had partial contact and I did not have constant light to read.

the reception staff was friendly! abhay especially was very cute and helpful. he were really good too. i found him to be a dedicated and hardworking staff member. the location proved quite near euston station.
the room was warm, but i did notice the television was quite small, similar to a tablet in size.

the hotel is near euston station, it is a walkable distance to the city centre. there are many restaurants nearby, this makes it very easy to find somewhere to eat. the area is quiet in the evenings, great.

The building has a classic english interior. There is no lift! the traditional style could be appealing. despite being a bit old-looking, my room had all necessary comforts quickly accessible.

the location was great for getting around. the bed in my room was very comfortable. i also found the staff at reception to be friendly (especially one guy who was always smiling!).
i noticed the carpet in the corridor seemed quite worn. the room was warm, and the window only opened a tiny bit. there was no air-conditioning , made it a little stuffy.
