the location near the station was great. i liked that it was also close to some restaurants and pubs. the air conditioning was a big plus, particularly during warmer days.
there was some noise from the underground train, but it was manageable.

Excellent Location and Smooth Service
perfect location quiet street equipped studio fair team
the location was perfect for sightseeing. we walked directly to many highlights. the studio was very well equipped and the street is very quiet. i appreciated the team's understanding and support when i needed assistance. they handled the situation in a fair manner.
not being able to leave bags before check-in was slightly inconvenient. i had to check my bags at left luggage. it cost me extra time.

the studio included facilities such as a hob, fridge, microwave and kitchenware. this made it much more homey than staying in a standard hotel and allowed for preparing simple meals.

the hotel is minutes from victoria station. this made it easy to travel from the airport. it is a short walk to buckingham palace and leicester square.

excellent location clear instruction comfortable bed
The location was excellent. Victoria station is just steps away. I found clear instructions for both check-in and check-out prior to arrival. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the bed provided great comfort.
The furniture felt somewhat inexpensive, and its assembly seemed a bit rushed.

The administrative staff was friendly and helpful. They answered my questions promptly. Housekeeping maintained the apartment very well . The staff gave me the impression that any request would be handled quickly.

full kitchen convenient location washing ability
The location is superb. It is very close to Victoria Station. I found the full kitchen convenient for making my own meals. The ability to do washing was an additional plus for me!
The apartment was a bit noisy. I could hear the trains rumbling nearby.

adequately located apartment
central location great communication comfy bed unsealed tray water leak damp floor
the apartment was centrally located. victoria station was very near. communication with staff regarding directions to enter the building was great. the bed was comfy.
the shower tray in the bathroom was not properly sealed. water leaked underneath the shower. the shower door leaked onto the floor anytime i used the shower. the shower area never dried out and the floor was consistently damp.
