Check-in was easy. I discovered I had a family room instead of the double room I booked, so it was quite spacious. It was clean too!!!

The reception staff was helpful . My room had daily cleaning service. It also included fresh towels each day. The location is close to Victoria station. Restaurants nearby are convenient.
The lift is quite small. Only one person can use it at a time.

the hotel provided a family room with a private toilet and shower it was clean. the staff agreed to store our luggage after checkout a very convenient service. i found this helpful as i could explore without carrying bags.
i noticed the building needs maintenance but it was not a big issue

the staff was friendly, and the location is in a lovely area. Traditional buildings, flowers, shops and cafes are nearby. It is also a short walk from the tube station. The reception is open 24 hours and offers inexpensive chilled drinks.
the wifi was paid and barely worked. the carpet was never cleaned all throughout our stay.

i was pleased with the excellent location near the subway stations it made getting around so simple the friendly staff always offered help and they were so polite the room was neat i found fresh towels every day

helpful staff local information peculiar design sensor light
the front desk staff proved helpful. they assisted with directions and local Information, acceptable.
the room i got included a peculiar design flaw. the bathroom light operated on a sensor, but it turned off every two minutes. showering became a constant exercise in waving my arms to restore illumination, a bit of a nuisance.

The hotel's proximity to the bus and train station offered easy access. I was actually surprised by the availability of extra pillows. The front desk staff was helpful. I found the location quite practical for my travel needs.
The absence of assistance with luggage to higher floors made it difficult. This proved inconvenient given my heavy bags.
