The reception staff was helpful . My room had daily cleaning service. It also included fresh towels each day. The location is close to Victoria station. Restaurants nearby are convenient.
The lift is quite small. Only one person can use it at a time.

The team downstairs printed documents I needed. They also provided an extra pillow. I found the staff to be friendly and courteous. I also got a very friendly welcome. I was really kinda surprised.

the hotel provided a family room with a private toilet and shower it was clean. the staff agreed to store our luggage after checkout a very convenient service. i found this helpful as i could explore without carrying bags.

the room i got included a peculiar design flaw. the bathroom light operated on a sensor, but it turned off every two minutes. showering became a constant exercise in waving my arms to restore illumination, a bit of a nuisance.
