a great stay!
great staff cute staff suite upgrade
The location was close to victoria station. The staff were great, very cute and informative, it was a super experience. I had an annexe room booked and staff upgraded us to a suite and that was excellent.
You could hear everything happening on the same floor, i could completely hear people in other rooms. That was really annoying.

The staff seemed helpful and courteous. I saw constant cleaning happening, even in the elevator! their attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was notable .

Comfortable Stay Near Victoria Station
cute staff room features excellent shower short walk
The front desk staff were cute and offered an upgrade upon arrival. our room had the features we wanted and was acceptably clean. the shower stood out. I especially liked it. the short walk to nearby sites made exploration simple.
The sounds on the floor were noticeable. I could distinctly hear other guests in nearby rooms, which impacted the overall peacefulness.
