The room was very clean. The bed provided excellent comfort. the hotel is close to the underground station. several pubs and restaurants are also nearby. i received a lot of useful information at the reception, it.
the absence of an elevator could be a slight inconvenience, particularly with luggage.

I found the location provided easy access to both Victoria and Pimlico tube stations. The room included air conditioning, very useful.

convenient location clean bathroom friendly staff
The location is super convenient. It has easy access to both Victoria Station and Pimlico stations and these connections made exploring so easy. I also found my room and bathroom were really clean. I was surprised! The staff was genuinely friendly and cute. They were always helpful.
There is no elevator. It was a bit of a climb with my luggage.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The building has a beautiful design with modern rooms. I found its facilities quite convenient. It is close to the Pimlico station, I liked that a lot.
The hotel didn't offer breakfast, not ideal. There was no bar. There also was no hotel feel.

The location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. The staff offered EXCELLENT service, including helpful tips for local dining. The air conditioning worked very well. THANKFULLY, it was effective in the summer weather.
The room was quite small. The bathroom door could not fully open. I heard noise from other rooms, disruptive at times.
