the location is excellent, just a short walk from the tube. the capsule is more spacious than i expected. it offered a comfortable interior with everything i needed for a good rest.
The capsule was too hot for me, even with the fan on. i had to put my clothes over the bed. (it was very inconvenient). the shower was not great. Most of the toilets were not very clean.

the internal building's decor felt somewhat unfinished, especially when walking to reception.

the location impressed me. it is convenient for exploring. check-in was efficient and the staff was helpful. i felt secure with the security measures in place, especially since it is a high tourist area.
the absence of a towel without an extra charge was a bit inconvenient. i wish the facility provided that basic amenity without additional cost.

Location was good, I suppose, near transportation.
The room's temperature was a real problem. It was too warm inside my sleeping pod. The ventilation fan didn't seem to do enough to help with the heat and it became difficult to sleep well.
