My stay at this hotel was filled with frustration. The initial issues with the toilet and shower were just minor annoyances compared to the disaster of the fire alarm going off multiple times, which caused panic for my daughter. The staff’s response to the situation was underwhelming and left us feeling unvalued as guests. I cannot recommend staying here due to the poor management of facilities and overall discomfort experienced during our visit.
