great location easy check-in early access
the location was excellent. i found it a short walk to victoria coach station. self check-in was easy. they allowed early access as i was very tired from an overnight flight.
my room lacked storage space. i stayed four nights and did not see any staff. clean towels were not provided .

charming stay near victoria station
comfortable bed convenient fridge effective curtains clear communication
the beautiful room had comfortable bed. a mini fridge was convenient for storing drinks. the curtains effectively blocked out light. the air conditioning and bonus fan made the room very comfortable. i found communication clear regarding building and room entry. the provided website for luggage storage, located nearby, was helpful.
The blow dryer was not the best quality. this is a minor inconvenience.

Adequate stay, some drawbacks
stylish room easy check-in small room unclean bed
The room was stylish. The location was great, only about a 20 minute walk to Buckingham Palace (a beautiful landmark!). The self check-in was very easy. I was able to go in early since I had an overnight flight.
The room was very small. There was no real door for the bathroom, so I needed to have trust. The bed sheets were not clean, a definite disappointment (I expect clean sheets!). There was no reception.
