generally satisfied with my stay
excellent location friendly staff 24 7 reception broken lift non-functional wifi filthy carpeting
i found the location to be excellent. i could easily reach the tube station and several parks. the staff were friendly and always helpful. i also appreciated the 24/7 reception as i felt safe.
the lift was out of service during my entire stay and my room was on the top floor. the wifi was not working for the first few days which caused some inconvenience. the carpeting seemed quite filthy (i was a little concerned).
