the location was convenient near the castle area.
the room temperature was permanently set to 20 degrees celsius. a sign explained it was for 'economical reasons', but it was uncomfortable. an electric heater was provided, but that felt cheap for a four-star hotel.

The location proved acceptable for visiting the Buda Castle area.
The shower water was barely lukewarm. This is unacceptable for the price I paid per night. I informed the staff and they fixed it for the second night. A hot shower is a basic expectation.

The breakfast. oh, the breakfast! it was supposed to be a buffet, but it felt more like a rummage sale. Items depleted quickly and weren't replenished. the coffee machine seemed to have a personal vendetta against me, splattering lukewarm brown water everywhere except my cup. and let's not forget the 'fresh' pastries. I suspect they were leftovers from the mesolithic era!!!

The location near the castle district proved very convenient. public transportation offered easy access to pest. the staff were friendly, providing an early check-in because my room was ready. i also enjoyed the tasty dishes at the riso restaurant.
the room temperature seemed to be fixed, a minor inconvenience.
