I appreciated the really good cleanliness. The staff offered excellent service regarding our room. The hotel location IS convenient. It is in the city heart. I also liked the variety of restaurants close to the hotel, catering to diverse tastes. The nearby WestEnd Shopping Mall provided shop selections. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Really good City Stay!
great service shopping mall
I was satisfied with how clean the hotel was. The staff provided great service concerning my room needs. Its central location allowed very easy access to several public transport options including metro, tram, and bus. I found many restaurants nearby offering different food types. The WestEnd Shopping Mall also gave good shops and entertainment.
The room had steel stairs to the sleeping area. It proved quite challenging after long exploration days when I just wanted rest.

central location tidy space cute staff
The location was central. Many shops and transport options were very close. I found the space clean and tidy. the staff was nice.
the STAIRS leading to the bed were a lot steeper than in the picture.

central location fresh water missing remote dusty headboard
the location was great (i loved being so central). the staff gave us good information about the area. the room had a coffee machine. a carafe of fresh chilled water was there too.
the room got hot on arrival. there was no remote for the air conditioning. we had to sleep with the window open and it was noisy. dust was present on the bed headboard and on the floor.

steep staircase stuffy room
The room size was smaller than expected, more like a narrow corridor, though. A very steep metal staircase led to the upper level with the bed, and I nearly hit my head on the ceiling. There was no room for bedside tables, so I had no place for my things. The room felt stuffy too.
