attentive staff free upgrade larger room
i found the staff very attentive and helpful. i think i received a free room upgrade upon my arrival. the room seemed much larger than the room i booked. everything was very convenient.
the room did not include slippers, and the toilet lacked amenities. there was not even a toothbrush provided. i had to request these items separately.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. i was upgraded to a modern bedroom free of charge. the receptionist allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout and arranged a taxi to the airport quickly and for free.
the floor was not properly cleaned, even after i asked at the reception.

The location was convenient. I found many attractions within easy walking distance. the breakfast offered a good variety. I especially liked the fresh pastries. my room was well kept, very quiet and i slept soundly each night.
The elevator was sometimes slow during peak hours. I experienced a slight delay a few times.

The room included climate control. I appreciated the blackout curtains in the room they ensured good sleep. The bathroom had a hairdryer which was very useful.
The lifts could get very busy at peak times a minor inconvenience.

superb location amazing restaurant large room great option
The location is superb! It's near main attractions like the Cathedral, also the Opera House, and many amazing restaurants! The room was large. And perfectly suited our family of three. it was very clean. I liked that very much! Breakfast had many great options, I loved it! The front desk staff gave us great suggestions and advice on transportation, I found this helpful.
I noticed the bed felt just a little hard.
