dirty room old towels
the location was acceptable because it was central.
The room was not clean at all. There was hair everywhere. the bath towels was very old with many holes. the air vents in the bathroom had black dirt, i dont think they were ever cleaned.

The room cleanliness was really below my expectations. The curtains had obvious stains, i found A hair in the bed. Dust accumulated on the bathroom ventilation system. The shower water temperature was not consistent.

great location early check-in beautiful decor
The location was amazing. I walked everywhere i wanted to go. i was also able to check in earlier. This helped me a lot. the room was beautiful. It had great decor.
The shower sometimes produced very cold water. It did not become warm enough for me.

The hotel had multiple options for breakfast. Continental, full english, and gluten-free were all available. fresh pastries and fruit were part of the daily breakfast, with additional hot items available for custom orders.

The loft suite included a king-sized bed and a separate seating area. there was a mini-fridge and coffee maker available, along with a flat-screen television. blackout curtains were installed. They ensured a dark room for sleeping.

ideal location and spacious rooms
central location friendly staff high ceiling
the hotel is in a very central location near main tourist spots. i found the staff lovely and friendly. the rooms were spacious with high ceilings, giving a real loft vibe.
there were no coffee and tea making facilities in the room. this was not a deal breaker for me, but it would have been nice to have.
